Are the animals
the only ones nearby to extinction?
Lions are
legally killed by trophy hunters across its African range. However, the giant
cat is unjustly on the edge of extinction. Some reasons are: sport hunting,
commercial hunting, habitat destruction, animals for zoos, etc.
Human
activity is causing around the world: the disappearance of species of wild
flora and fauna. The constant expansion of human over nature, causes the
destruction of animal food chain, unbalancing the status of species, including
human, who survives thanks to Mother Nature, like all species, unlike ours, it
is the only one that harms the environment.
Experts warn
that, once extinct, it would be impossible to restore the lions in the wild for
their complex biological features. Not only Lions learn to hunt and survive in
the wild from their Mother Nature, but as a species, they are an integral part
of their habitat to the point where they can not survive without each other. Every
time a species dies a "link" in a large chain breaks. Imagine what
would happen if several "links" to be broken? We know that everything
would be rearranged because Nature works that way, but each time with a shorter
chain... We, the human beings, we should be more aware of this, since this
imbalance also affects us in several ways. Why?
Because we are also part of the Great Chain: The Nature.
Imagine the
human being hundreds of years from now, if for some reason started to break the
chain and we were an endangered species? Extinction is not exclusive to the
animal world, it refers to all species, including plants, we are not exempt
from the danger of being extinct, our way of life, of existence, and it almost affects
others.
The
extinction of animals and endangered animals is a problem we have to solve in
order to maintain the animal species for future generations. Wildlife is a
clear example of the close relationship between each of the components of an
ecosystem, since the elimination of any animal species eventually lead to
imbalance of ecosystems and their destruction.
